It seems there are countless fast weight loss diets available today. We are here to tell you that a fast weight loss diet plan will not reduce permanent body fat, and can cause you to ruin your metabolism and could actually cause weight gain!

Here’s what happens: Most of these fast weight loss plans are based on drastic calorie reduction.

  • You start this type of diet, eat less than what your body really needs, lose water weight, and some body fat, and you will even lose some muscle which is not good.
