Let’s face it. We’re busy, we work, the kids have practice, we have to take care of the house, laundry, on and on. Fast food is great because it's quick and let‘s all admit- it tastes great but eating a steady diet of these foods will stop your weight loss goals in their tracks.
I’m not a proponent of eating fast food on a regular basis but there are times when you either do not have the time to cook or you those taste buds are saying cheese burger and fries!
There are ways to get the "fast" without the fat and too many calories. Here’s the deal: Instead of ordering the double cheeseburger order the single, and better yet eat only half the bun. Instead of ordering the super size soda and fries order the smallest size.
You’ll be amazed at how you can satisfy your taste without over eating at the local fast food chain and help with your weight loss goals.
