Italian Chicken

Ingredients:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Fat free Italian dressing
Reduced fat parmesan cheese
Whole wheat spaghetti
Minced Garlic- to taste
Tomatoes- diced
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese- to taste
Directions:
Place chicken breasts in large zip lock bag and pour Italian dressing to cover. Seal bag and let sit in frig for at least fifteen minutes. One hour is better.
Boil pasta and grill chicken or cook in skillet
Combine pasta, chicken, diced tomatoes, and minced garlic in a skillet on low heat. drizzle olive oil over mixture. Heat until warm. Serve on a plate and sprinkle parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy.
