Protein enriched Banana Cream Pudding
Serves: 4
Ingredients
2 scoops (1serving) vanilla protein powder, I prefer Isopure brand purchase at GNC or your local vitamin store.
2 cups cold skim milk
1 box jello sugar free/ fat free instant banana cream pudding mix
1 banana- sliced
Directions
In a blender, prepare pudding per box directions which should require 2 cups cold skim milk
Add protein powder to the blender, and blend ingredients approximately 30 seconds.
Pour mixture into individual serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Place sliced banana on top of pudding
