Weight Watcher Recipe

Chicken Fajita's



I hope you enjoy this weight watcher recipe. This healthy recipe can be varied with what ever healthy ingredients you choose. Use this healthy recipe as part of your weight watcher diet plan.

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4- 6oz. Boneless, skinless, chicken breasts- sliced into strips

1 teaspoon season salt- like lawry’s brand

1 teaspoon minced garlic

Red pepper flakes to taste

2 bell peppers- you choose the color

Fat free sour cream

Salsa

Whole wheat tortilla’s

2 tablespoons olive oil- or organic coconut oil is best

Directions:

In a large skillet, add olive oil, garlic, and chicken. While sautéing chicken strips, add season salt and red pepper flakes to taste.

While chicken is cooking, slice bell peppers into strips and add to skillet with chicken. Sautee until done.

Serve chicken and peppers on whole wheat tortilla with sour cream and salsa.

This makes a delicious and healthy meal.
