Weight Watcher Recipe

Enriched Chocolate Pudding



I hope you enjoy this weight watcher recipe. This healthy recipe can be varied with what ever healthy ingredients you choose. Use this healthy recipe as part of your weight watcher diet plan.

Enriched chocolate pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk or soy milk

2 tablespoons of fat free sugar free instant pudding mix

1 packet of isopure brand vanilla meal replacement powder, or any meal replacement powder of your choice.

Directions:

Pour skim milk into blender. Add protein powder and blend for thirty seconds. Add instant pudding mix and mix in blender for approximately 45 seconds. Spoon into dessert bowls. Refrigerate for thirty minutes.
