Weight Watcher Recipe

Kicked Up Curry Chicken



I hope you enjoy this weight watcher recipe. Use this healthy recipe as part of your weightloss diet plan.

Kicked up Curry chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts-cooked, or rotisserie chicken, skin off, deboned

1 12oz jar spaghetti sauce of choice

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 teaspoon minced garlic

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon basil

1 cup water 1 bag (approximately 6oz.) spinach leaves

1 cup couscous uncooked (I buy it in the box mix)

Directions:

Prepare the couscous per box directions

Pull the chicken apart or cut into chunks

In a large sauce pan, add spaghetti sauce, water, garlic, basil, curry powder, black pepper, and spinach leaves.

Over medium heat, mix all ingredients well.

Cover and simmer on low heat for approximately 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
