Breakfast Burrito

Delicious Egg White Breakfast Burrito and a slice of cantaloupe
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 or two slices of cantaloupe
3 egg whites
1 whole wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon reduced fat cheese
Hot sauce to taste- I prefer chochula brand, it comes with a wooden cap
Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil.
Directions
Lightly coat small omelet skillet with cooking spray or coconut oil.
Pour egg whites in skillet and cook on medium/low heat. Flip once.
Remove egg whites from skillet and place on top of tortilla.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on eggs, and sprinkle with hot sauce.
Roll up and enjoy. Serve with side of cantaloupe slices.
