I hope you enjoy this weight watcher recipe. Use this recipe as a part of your weight watcher diet plan.

Ingredients:

2 lbs skinless chicken breast- cubed

½ cup bell peppers- chopped

½ cup onion- chopped

24oz spaghetti sauce

1 tsp black pepper

8 oz. Whole wheat macaroni, uncooked

1 cup water

1 cup low fat shredded cheese- your choice of cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x 9" casserole dish with cooking spray.

In a large pot, cook chicken, bell peppers, and onions over medium-high heat.

Add spaghetti sauce, black pepper, macaroni, and water. Cook until macaroni is done.

Place mixture into prepared dish.

Bake, covered, for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with cheese. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, for 15 more minutes, or until thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.

To complete this meal and make it heart healthy, serve with vegetable of choice.
