Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Peanut butter oatmeal
Ingredients:
½ cup whole oats (non instant)
one serving protein powder of choice
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (most peanut butter contains trans fat so look for natural on grocery shelf)
artificial sweetener to taste
skim milk
Directions:
In a bowl combine oats, water and protein powder. Microwave on high for about one and a half minutes.
Stir in peanut butter and sugar substitute.
Pour milk on top.
Serve and Enjoy!
