Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Honey Teriyaki Grilled Pork Tenderloin with baked sweet potato

Ingredients

Serves: 4

1 pound fat trimmed pork tenderloin

1 bottle KC masterpiece brand honey teryaki marinade

4 sweet potatoes

4 teaspoon brown sugar

Cinnamon to your taste

Butter to your taste

Green beans- fresh is best

Directions

Place pork in a plastic freezer bag and cover with teriyaki marinade. Seal bag and let marinade 1 hour or overnight

Bake sweet potatoes

Remove pork tenderloin from bag and grill on low heat, approximately 1 hour, until meat is no longer pink.

While meat is grilling, Steam green beans in stove top steamer

To serve, cut pork into slices and place on plate. Place sweet potato on plate, top with butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Place fist size portion of green beans on each plate.
