Sauteed Salmon
I hope you enjoy this weight watcher recipe. This healthy recipe can be varied with what ever healthy ingredients you choose. Use this healthy recipe as part of your weight watcher diet plan.
Sautéed Salmon-
With brown rice and spinach salad
Ingredients:
6 oz. salmon filet- each serving
Season salt
Brown rice
Mixed salad greens or spinach greens- Dark greens are healthy for you.
Cherry or grape tomatoes or diced tomatoes
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
Sweetener-splenda or other
Directions::
In medium saucepan, cook brown rice.
Sautee salmon in skillet with cooking spray. Using organic coconut oil for cooking is best and healthiest.
Place mixed greens and grape tomatoes in bowl.
In separate cup place two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, three to four tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, and splenda to taste. Wisk with fork. Pour over greens and mix salad.
Serve salmon on plate, each serving of brown rice about the size of your palm, and a serving of salad about the size of two fists.
